"Good news. The application has been refused. Anyone know what happens now - does the landlord have to convert the space into decent accommodation? I'm assuming he can't receive Housing benefit for these properties now deemed unlawful."

Hello,  Does anyone in the local community know anything about Osaris Pizza supplies wholesaler, that is now being advertised from the window of No. 134 Myddleton Road - formerly 'The Garden of Saints'.  After the previous business closed, No. 134 was being used as a storage room by PIzzaman (No. 136). In complete contravention of planning rules, and without any regard to party walls or structural integrity of the two buildings, a doorway had been knocked through the two neighbouring properties…See More
