Friends of the Green Bounds Green (FGBG) Great Get Together Community picnic

Good morning everyone - we're very excited about our Great Get Together Community picnic on Saturday 23rd June from 12.00 - 3.00pm. The weather forecast looks good so please come along bring a blanket and a picnic and come and meet your friends and neighbours and enjoy our lovely Green Space. There will be activities for the children and there will also be an entertainer on hand from 1.00 to add to the enjoyment. Hello Everyone - Friends of the Green Bounds Green (FGBG) have two events coming up that you may be interested in. The first is a Tree and Wildflower Walk on the 17th June from 2.00 - 3.30 and the other is our Great Get Together Community picnic on the 23rd June from 12.00 - 3.00. Hello Everyone - FGBG are organising a busy weekend coming up and we would really appreciate some help on the Green if you can.Saturday 21st April - We are restoring the old Rose Gardens which are on the other side of Bounds Green Road opposite the Green. Now overgrown!  We are very excited about this but it is a lot of work. FGBG - February Litter Pick

Hello Everybody - Friends of the Green Bounds Green (FGBG) are having their monthly litter pick on Sunday 18th February from 10.00 - 1.00.  We will be on the Green opposite the Ranelagh pub armed with litter pickers and bags!   Please do join us if you can - the Green is looking a bit messy.  You don't have to commit for the three hours - and hour would be very helpful.  The forecast is looking cloudy and chilly but hopefully dry.  Please join us and meet some really lovely neighbours!…See More

"Thanks for the reminders Sue.  Picking up litter makes such a difference to an area.  I regularly pick up litter in Brownlow Road and it is great to see that others are doing the same!"

Friends of the Green Bounds Green (FGBG) Litter Pick

Litter picking this Saturday (27th).  The rearranged session will take place this Saturday 10-1. We’ll meet on the Green by the concrete circle between Tewkesbury Terrace and Bounds Green Road. The weather’s looking much better so hopefully see you there!Oh and a new independently run local business, Hot Milk will be offering a £1.50 coffee to all litter pickers on Saturday so big thanks to them and do come and grab your voucher when you see us in the gazebo.FGBG CommitteeSee More

Friends of the Green Bounds Green

Friends of the Green Bounds Green (FGBG) are having their first litter picking event of the year on Saturday 20th January.  We will be on the Green (opposite the Ranelagh Pub) between 10.00 and 1.00 so please feel free to join us for as long as you can, meet your neighbours and help keep the Green  looking lovely.  Litter pickers are provided! A big thank you and well done to all those who turned up this week-end for the first litter picking event on the Green opposite the Ranelagh pub.  We collected a lot of rubbish, met new neighbours and hopefully got more people interested in looking after our locality.  If you live nearby the Green please have a look at our FB page and considering joining us.See More
