Hello Richard,

Welcome to Bowes and Bounds Connected. I hope you'll find it a useful way to connect with neighbours and learn about activities happening locally.

All the small print is in our Terms of Service (and policy on promoting your business) - do let me know if you have any questions - I'll try and answer them.

Have a look around at what’s already on the site and please do join in with the conversations - or start your own. You can upload photographs or add details of relevant local events and invite people to attend. In addition there are several pages of local information in our resources section.

We send out a occasional e-mail update of what's new - you can read the latest edition online.

Remember, everything you write is public, including comments on other people’s pages.

It’s always nice to put a face to a name so, please upload a profile picture, the
Help Page explains how. If you use other social networks you can visit our
Facebook Page and follow us on Twitter.

Thanks for Joining In!

Hi Richard!  Thank you for getting in touch; from your name I guess you are related to the Wood Green Conollys? I was trying to find out a little more about the family. Dr CH Conolly was a neighbour of my great-grandfather John Henry James in the 1890s.  Dr Conolly was taken ill at my gtgrandfather's funeral in 1910, and died the following Tuesday.  That's all off the top of my head, though if you are interested I can look into my notes and find a couple of newspaper cuttings I have researched.  I look forward to hearing from you.  With best wishes,
