You may have seen that a professional team have taken the roof off Shaftesbury Hall. This has been done to prevent squatters returning to the site whilst we apply to Big Lottery to refurbish the site.
The contractors were masked and suited when removing the asbestos. They have informed us that all the asbestos was removed in a day and hoses were sprayed on to the panels.

North London Samaritans are looking for a new voluntary Treasurer - someone with an accountancy background.
The treasurer will be a support volunteer, so not involved in directly supporting callers, and will be a trustee of the charity.
