Enfield Council provide help-yourself salt sacks near steep roads (not sure if Haringey do this too) - not in relatively flat Bowes Park, though. But prevention (ie keeping pavements clear of snow) is better than cure (putting grit on it). All you need to do is run a spade along the middle of the pavement…See More
