I have a large supply of logs in my garden, which I need to saw up but don't have a chainsaw. Is there anyone out there who could lend me one, of course I would pay for the hire.Thanks,ClairContinue

Have you used a chain-saw before? They are exceedingly dangerous. I advise taking a lesson or two first!

"Yes I do have an electric one - its not very big - the reason I ask about the size is that using a chain saw is not really about the quantity of wood its the size etc - it turns wood into saw dust as it cuts - have a look at some videos on you tube…"

How big are the logs? You might be better off with an axe.
