New bakery - Myddleton Road

Just wanted to give a shout out to the really rather wonderful new bakery that opened this weekend on Myddleton Road. Loads of tasty treats, and what little of the bread I have sampled was top-notch. Judging from the queues stretching out the door it has been welcomed with open arms. Great to see the road continuing to bloom. See More

"Hi Lindsay. Welcome to the area! We have a somewhat rickety but still (just about) fit-for-purpose wooden ladder that you would be welcome to borrow for a few days?"

Alex Goldup replied to Richard McKeever's discussion New Residential Planning Application for Shopfront on Myddleton Road
"I think that's rather a sweeping generalisation, Amanda. As others have said elsewhere on this forum, a genuine estate agents could be a very positive thing indeed for the road. Yes, there are some shady 'property consultants' around,…"

Alex Goldup replied to Richard McKeever's discussion New Residential Planning Application for Shopfront on Myddleton Road
"Thanks for alerting us to this Richard. These seems very much at odds with the steady improvements to the road and the very obvious desire from the local community for more, not less, good quality and reasonably-sized retail space. I do hope the…"
