Wouldn't one of those pressure washer thingies do the job. I've just cleaned my deck with one and its power almost justifies the over used epithet 'awesome'. You must have a near neighbour with one who'd be willing to share. If I were nearer (I'm in Crouch End) I'd pop round with mine.

Thanks for the suggestion Adrian, but I want my bin cleaned monthly!
Also living in a terraced house with the only outsude water supply in the rear garden would mean that I'd have to wheel my smelly bin through the length of my house to clean it myself!
 Please does anyone in the area have their bins cleaned professionally?
