A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green
Many residents aren't aware that if they live in a flat where Haringey Council own the freehold they need to apply for permission before installing wood, laminate, stone or tile flooring, pay a fee and use acoustic underlay.
There are many owners and tenants suffering noise because of neighbours unsanctioned renovations who are in a position to claim compensation for the suffering and stress that's been inflicted on them.
