Thames Water - Pipe Renewal

Currently going through this in my Area - Noel Park Estate

Suprised that Thames Water is able to get water and pump it through .....

After watching the many different teams replaceing pipes and Metres

Can not beleive the number of Different Teams doing limited Jobs

And how little time they Spend on site

Best Joke was - I had a Water Meter before pipe updated and everyone

was supplied with a Water Meter

Jokers came round with a Barrow of New Meters

Saw my old meter in hole and Stated it does not fit new fittings

Suggested fit a New Meter - as they had a Barrow full

No - will report it for a New one had Three Different Firms come down and wrote reports

Took several Weeks and phone calls before a New Meter was Fitted

Yes Meter Saves me and my Brother a Fortune in Water Bills - on a House

Against past Bills based on Ratable Value
