Looking for Office Space one-two desks near Bounds Green /Bowes Park

I run a small company and the office I'm working in at the moment is moving so I'm going to be homeless from the end of the year/early January.   So I'm trying to find office space closer to home - in between Bounds Green and Finsbury Park. I'm not looking to hot desk.  Ideally I'd like to be with charities / social enterprises /creative industry but can be flexible.

any tips in the right direction appreciated.

Hi Jude, have you looked at the Chocolate Factory in Wood Green?  I've always thought it looked interesting. http://www.chocolatefactorywoodgreen.co.uk

Yes it's on my list - thanks for getting in contact

I seem to recall that Cowshed Recording Studios were advertising a desk not so long ago, so might be worth dropping them a line.

Freestak at 119 Myddleton Road may also be interested in offering a spare desk if they have one.

Also, there is an office space for rent at 111 Myddleton Road behind Anita's, so you could go and ask them.

Hi Jude

One suggestion from Grand Arcade Finchley via Twitter:

Joe & Biba's office at The Cowshed is indeed available... here's the info...

The office premises located within a short walk from Bounds Green tube and Bowes Park overground, in a commercial stretch of Myddleton Rd. Furnished with 2 desks and storage units, access to kitchen, toilet, high speed broadband. Quiet and secure, suit small business.

£300 per month - inclusive of utilities, internet access, business rates.

Available from Sept 2015. for 1 year.

On the same subject, does anyone know of office space around Myddleton Road that will be available from February 16. Need about 5-8 desks?

We are moving out of The Chocolate Factory due to a 50% + rent increase. A bit expensive for us now.

I know that Stathi at Property Zone on Myddleton Road has helped a couple of businesses find space on the street, so you could pop in and ask there.

You could also ask Chris, the manager of Hobarts, as there is a big unused space behind the new Hobarts MR branch. They open on December 10th.

Hi James

Thanks for replying. Will follow up. Tara

Thanks so much. Will take a look. Potential that I might be able to stay where I am until march. But really appreciate your responses
