Flat To Rent Needed

A very good friend of mine would like to join our great local community by moving to Bowes and Bounds! Ideally her and her fiancé would like a nice 2 bedroom flat to rent! There is a little urgency with this request as they are expecting their first baby in August! Does anyone have a nice flat to rent or know of one becoming available soon? Thanks Susie

Thanks, I'll pass this into her! It's a little out of their budget but this does include water and council tax! Is there any parking?
