A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green
A message from Metropolitan Police Service Haringey:
Gladesmore is a school in Tottenham. Two of their students have tragically died through violent crime in recent years, which has had a lasting impact on all connected with the school and in the local community.
Every year the school holds a memorial anti gun and knife crime march. This year it took place on 17 July and had a great turnout. It was amazing to see thousands of young people marching the streets of Tottenham with their positive message. (you can see more about it at our storify of the event http://t.co/082klZxQ ).
This year the young people at Gladesmore are releasing a single called 'Everybody Dreams'and their dream is to reach Number 1 in the charts with their positive message about their local area, Tottenham.
You can see and hear a little snippet of the song here on Youtube: http://bit.ly/LH8gzT
Please show your support in any of the following ways:
If everyone downloaded this charity single from iTunes on 19 August, we could help these young people's dream come true. Be part of the big picture and support young people doing something incredibly positive and put Tottenham on the map for the right reasons!
