Hello Emmeline

Welcome! We had a similar discussion about doctor registration on the site last year  (click here to read)  I'm not sure if things have changed since then?

It is a nice ptractice, please don't let the decor and receptionists put you off!! Some of the receptionists can be really rude, but I've noticed recently that they have some newer ones that are more helpful.  The doctors and nurses there are very helpful.  Been going there for over 10 years

The staff behind the desk are nice and helpful, in my experience.  More important than the waiting area is that there's enough doctors at the practice for you to eventually find one you like.  Also they provide an online repeat prescription service.

We have been with this practice since we arrived in the area two years ago. We have always found the staff helpful and the doctors very good indeed.

Just to update - went to the doctors twice this week and they were very understanding and so far, I'm very happy with the service overall. :-)
