Popped across the road to post office for 2mins and came back to my clamped car. I am fairly new to the area and have never noticed the clamping signs until Sango pointed them out.

I paid £170 by card to have the clamp removed and intend to try a chargeback on the grounds of poor signage and no actual obstruction caused on the land.

Friday the 17th around 3.30 pm - I walked past the dry cleaners and noticed young boy and a man sat on the corner. There was a white wan that pulled up and two men got out and ran across the road. As soon as they were half way across the man gave a loud whistle and the clamper man came round from the back of the parking area behind the estate agents Wilkinsons(?). Before I had a chance to shout a warning the two men were had disappeared into one of the shops. They were clamped in seconds. White Mercedes Van - Large one.

I'm not a driver but have lived in bounds green for over 10 years. Its disgusting to see so many people being clamped and then these big sango security guys scuttle out from all corners with clamping equipment and a pdq machine demanding money. The council should look into this. I dont know why the land owner doesnt put gates on the exit and entrance. I feel sorry for the innocent drivers.
