Bowes and Bounds Connected

A Community Network for Bowes Park and Bounds Green

Event Details

Event Description

Commemorating the centenary of Henrietta Cresswell’s book,“Winchmore Hill : Memories of a Lost Village”, and bringing back cinema to Winchmore Hill for the first time in 53 years, this unique Film Festival explores Winchmore Hill’s transition from a village to a suburb.

This is a chance to view archive footage dating back from the 1930s, Hollywood blockbusters, award winning short films and documentaries on the big screen in Winchmore Hill.

There will also be introductions and Q&As from film makers and film industry professionals

Join us between the 16th and 22nd June for a unique series of live, communal screenings in the suburbs.
