Event Description

Mojo Working is back, this week we are running events on Friday  26th (that's tonight, folks ) at TOC ( The Old Crown) in Highgate on Friday night and also on Saturday night at The Prince Bar in Wood Green. Mojo Working is a live jam come open mic on Saturday Night. You can use it to jam with us from the house band either originals or covers.

We basically do it because we like playing music and want to keep music alive at a grassroot level. The standard of musicians turning up is really very good and its a great place to just hang out and jam with other musicians. At the moment there no need to book a spot just turn up around 9pm and with your instrument and crew and have a chat to your host Baxter Stone.

The Mojo Working band always starts off the night to break the ice and we like to play mixture of original music as well as classic covers. the reason for this is we want to encourage people who play instruments who do always get a chance at just acoustic open mic to play with a band.

The place goes till about 1.00 am and it is really chilled the drinks are very reasonably priced and you don't get turfed out of the outside smoking area at
11 pm.

Come and join in what has been some of the best jams in London.

It's basically a 10min walk down Bounds Green Road from Bounds Green Tube and it is opposite Park Ave. It also very close to Wood Green Tube. Or 2 minutes on the 221 Bus from Bounds Green or Wood Green.
