Chef Ben Cheng has over 20 years of professional experience in cookery business in the UK. He became a Head Chef of the Good Earth Group when he was in his early 20s and later promoted to Executive Chef. He is an expert in Oriental cuisine and has passion in introducing healthy Chinese cooking to general public. Now Ben is a Director of Good Earth Group, a reputable Chinese restaurant in London.
Cost: £42 (including ingredients). Participants should bring their own apron, hair to be tied back and wear hard-wearing non-slippery shoes (in case of hot liquids & knives). No trainers, nail varnish or jewellery for Health & Safety rules.
